1. Wood Selection

The process begins with selecting wood according to customer requirements. Common options include beech, oak and walnut. Wood selection influences grain, color, appearance and the final surface effect.

2. Cutting and Profile Preparation

Wood is cut according to the required hanger dimensions and prepared into suitable blanks. The blanks are then cut into the approximate hanger outline.

3. CNC Shaping and Machining

CNC machining creates the shoulder profile, curves, hook groove, anti-slip shoulder angles and other structural details. Hook mounting holes and trouser bar holes are prepared according to the design.

4. Joint Assembly

For joined hanger designs, components are fitted and assembled to create a stable structure.

5. Machine and Hand Sanding

Machine sanding removes machining marks. Hand sanding refines curves, edges, joints and detailed areas to achieve a smoother surface.

6. Surface Finishing

Electrostatic spray finishing is applied according to the required color and surface appearance. A second hand sanding process can further refine the finished surface.
